Decisions, Decisions.

Tonight at Fifty6 we don’t have our normal preteen ministry program. It’s the last Tuesday of the month which means it is a Rela Night.

“Rela” is short for “Relationship.” And a Rela Night is a night where each small group does something together that helps build their relationships. From sleepovers to service projects (or sledding and bowling on a night like tonight), these events are led entirely by our small group leaders specifically for their small group.

While I miss seeing our students in our normal space, playing foursquare, building epic Lego creations, singing, and learning together, I know that the last Tuesday of each month is a sacred space for leaders to place-share with their students and for students to experience the good news of Jesus in the hands and feet and face of their small group as they deepen and develop their relationship with one another.

Now my only question is should I go sledding or bowling? Decisions, decisions.
